中国篮球在后姚明时代出现了强烈的断层,而美国又长期处于篮球霸主地位,后备人才的培养对于篮球的发展至关重要,高校篮球是后备人才培养的重要途径之一,而高校教练员的管理更能直接影响到球队成绩和运动员的培养。方法:通过文献法、调查法进行分析。结果:通过对中美两所高校教练员管理的对比,发现中国高校在教练员管理方面存在多种不足,不专业,学校缺乏重视,经费不足等原因。

The basketball in China shows a strong fault in the post-Yao Ming era. However, the United States has long been in basketball dominance. The cultivation of reserve talents is very important to the development of basketball. College basketball is one of the important ways to train reserve talents. Staff management can directly affect the performance of the team and athletes. Methods： literature and investigation analysis. Results： By comparing the management of coaches in the two universities in China and the United States, we find that there are many deficiencies in coaching management in colleges and universities in China, such as in lack of specialization, attention in school, funds and so on.
