基于代际公平视角下的我国生态文明建设

Construction of Ecological Civilization in China from Perspective of Intergenerational Equity

习近平在十九大报告中指出生态文明建设就是把可持续发展提升到绿色发展新高度,建设人与自然和谐共生的现代化,提出了人与自然生命共同体,这体现了党和国家高度的代际公平生态理念,以及实现生态文明建设代际公平的美好愿望。现阶段,我国面临着资源紧张、环境污染、生态退化等严峻形势,通过学习代际公平理论,挖掘代际公平理论对我国生态文明建设的价值和意义,通过加强代际伦理,确立代际问责,注重代际创造,树立代际关怀,全面推进我国生态文明建设。

Xi jinping in 19 major report points out that the construction of ecological civilization is to promote the sustainable development to green development new height,modernization construction of a harmonious coexistence between man and nature,the natural life and the human community,which embodies the party and the country a high degree of intergenerational equity ecological concept,as well as the realization of ecological civilization construction of the good will of intergenerational equity. At present,our country faces strained resources,environmental pollution,ecological degradation,such as severe situation,through the study intergenerational equity theory,dig the intergenerational equity theory of value and meaning of ecological civilization construction in our country,by strengthening the intergenerational ethics,establish the intergenerational accountability,pay attention to generational creation,set up the intergenerational care,promoting ecological civilization construction in our country.
