地方本科院校经管类专业实践教学体系的构建

Construction of Practical Teaching System to the Specialty of Economics and Management in Local Universities

科学合理的实践教学是应用型人才培养的关键途径。然而,目前地方本科院校的实践教学尚存在着观念滞后、教学内容不符合人才培养目标定位、考核评价体系不科学、教师实践能力不足等问题,必须通过实践教学体系改革予以解决。文章以宜春学院经济与管理学院实践教学改革为例,从完善实践教学各环节入手,构建了一套"目标明确、内容科学、形式多样、开放包容、分层递进"为主要特征的综合性实践教学体系。

Scientific and rational practice teaching is the key way for the training of applied talents. However,it still existssome bad phenomenon that the teaching idea lags behind the practice teaching,content does not accord with the orientation of talent education target,teaching evaluation system is not scientific,teachers are lack of practical ability,etc. They must be resolved through the reform of practice teaching system. Based on the practice of teaching reform of the school of economics and management in Yichun University,The practice teaching system which possesses the characteristic of clear goal、scientific content,diverse form,inclusive pattern、Stratified culturehas been constructed.
