基于logistic模型的经管类专业协会学生参与度研究——以甘肃农业大学为例

Study on the Influencing Factors of College Students' Participation in Professional Associations for Economy and Management Specialties Based on Logistic Model——A Case Study of Gansu Agricultural University

大学生专业协会是依托专业建立起来的旨在培养学生社会责任感、创新精神以及实践能力的学术型社团。从专业协会认知、专业协会建设与管理、专业协会运行三个维度构建了大学生专业协会参与度综合分析指标体系。基于对350名甘肃农业大学学生的问卷调查,运用logistic模型对大学生参与专业协会的意愿及其影响因素进行计量分析。结果表明:参与动机、管理体制、成员关系、活动频率、学生基础、比赛级别和重视程度等因素与大学生参与专业协会的关系成正相关关系,而协会会费制不利于大学生专业协会的参与。大学生专业协会的发展不仅需要明晰的归属管理,规范的管理制度,更需要学校(学院)在运行经费上的鼎力支持以及指导老师的全方位指导。

The college students＇ professional association is an academic community established on the basis of specialty,which aims to cultivate students＇ sense of social responsibility,innovation spirit and practical ability. In this paper,a comprehensive evaluation indexes was constructed in three dimensions： the students＇ cognition,construction and management and implementation of professional associations. Based on the questionnaire survey of 350 students from Gansu agricultural university,the willingness of college students to participate in professional associations and its influencing factors were analyzed by means of logistic model. The results show that many factors such as motivation,management mechanism,member relationship,frequency of activities,student basis,the level of competition and the attention level of advisor have positive effect on the participation rate of students. However,association membership dues system has negative influence. The development of college students＇ professional association not only requires to clear the ascription,formal management system,but also needs the support of school（ or college） in the aspects of operating funds and the comprehensive guidance of teachers.
