Discussion on the Vitality Improving of Youth League Branch in Vocational Colleges

高职班级团支部的组织功能呈逐渐退化趋势,缺乏凝聚力。团员缺乏思想引领,易受各种社会思潮的影响。兼职的班主任(辅导员)难以承担班委会、团支部工作任务的双重压力。由"班主任(辅导员)+导师"协同指导班委会、团支部开展工作,建立班团一体化的运行机制,可以提升班级团支部的活力,充分发挥团支部的思想引领作用。

The organizational function of youth league branch in vocational colleges is gradually degenerating. It lacks cohesive force. The league members lack of ideological direction are vulnerable to various socialtrends. The part-time class adviser （counselor） can not afford the double pressure of class management and league service. It is suggested that the class adviser （counselor） and the tutor collectively direct the class committee and the youth league branch and establish integrated work mechanism, so as to promote the vitality of youth league branch and give full play to its ideological leading role.
