高职医学检验技术专业技能考核与评价标准的重构与实践

Reconstruction and Practice of Professional Skill Assessment Criteria for Medical Testing Technology in Higher Vocational Education

医学检验技术是一门综合性、技术性、实践性很强的学科,要求检验工作者除掌握丰富的理论知识外,还必须具有娴熟的实验操作技能。因此,在人才培养过程中,加强实践性环节的教学和操作技能的考核与评价,已成为医学检验技术专业教学的重点。文章以全国检验技能大赛为纲领,对高职医学检验技术专业操作技能考核与评价标准进行了重新构建,并应用于教学实践,取得了良好效果。

Medical Testing technology is a comprehensive, technical and practical discipline, requiringtesting workers to not only master rich theoretical knowledge, but also must havea skilled experimental operating skills. Therefore, in the process of personnel training, strengthening practical teaching and assessment ofoperation skills has become the focus of medical testing technology teaching. In this paper, with the NationalTesting Skills Competition as the guiding principle, professional skills assessment criteria of vocational medicaltesting technology was rebuilt and applied to teaching practice, achieving good results.
