摘要
"一带一路"倡议是当下的时代特征与使命,"一带一路"倡议的文化内涵和人文精神决定了其项下教育史课题的存在,需要得到正视和破解。教育史学国别研究力量分化悬殊,过于西方化和美国化,对于"一带一路"倡议的要求没有相应的准备和必要的基础沉淀,难以承担沿线国家教育史研究的"新拓展、新开辟"任务。沿线国家的教育史研究与交流是当前与长久以来教育史学的弱点和盲点。教育史学应该以"一带一路"战略视野重新审视自身,思考教育史学科规划与建设,在保持和追求教育史的学术功能之外,结合和发扬教育史的社会功能,让教育史学术价值和社会价值得到必要的统一,开启新的规划与建设之路,以实现其学科价值。
The Belt and Road Initiative is the characteristics and mission of the era.The cultural connotation and humanistic spirit in it determines that the education history must be studied.The study resource of education history was and is being distributed very far away from balance,and focused on the west countries especially on the United States,which does not match the Belt and Road Initiative.Due to the new initiative,educational historiography is facing both new crises and the opportunities.The discipline of education history should re-examine themselves,and open a new road of the planning and construction under The Belt and Road Initiative,for the realization of its value.
