摘要
考察了3种阳离子型聚合物纺织固色剂在皮革固色中的应用效果,对固色机理进行了探讨,并优化了固色工艺条件。固色剂的加入提高了坯革的耐摩擦色牢度和耐汗色牢度,尤其对耐碱性汗液的色牢度的提升效果显著,沾色总色差比对照组低10以上。固色后坯革的等电点提高,表明阳离子型固色剂与坯革发生了结合,并通过静电作用增强了染料等阴离子型材料的结合牢度。优化得到的固色工艺为:在湿态染整末期换浴固色,使用0.5%阳离子型聚合物固色剂2518,在30℃固色0.5 h。
Three cationic polymeric textile fixing agents were used in color fixing process of leather. The mechanism of fixation was explored, and the fixing conditions were optimized. The use of fixing agents upgraded the color fastness of crust leather to cycles of to-and-fro rubbing and to perspiration, especially for the fastness to alkaline perspiration solution.The total color difference of staining was 10 lower than that of control group. The isoelectric point of crust leather was increased after fixation, indicating that the cationic fixing agents bound with leather and enhanced the bonding strength of anionic dyestuff by electrostatic interaction. The fixing process was optimized as follows: fixing was conducted using 0.5% fixing agent 2518 at 30 ℃ for 0.5 h after refloating at the end of post-tanning.
