亲水性可控溶剂在猪皮脱脂中的应用

摘要 探究了两种亲水性可控溶剂二正丙胺(DPA)、N-乙基正丁胺(EBA)应用于猪皮脱脂过程,采用索氏抽提法、组织切片观察评估其脱脂效果及对皮张的特征变化。实验所得最适脱脂工艺为:V(DPA)∶V(水)=1∶5,V(EBA)∶V(水)=1∶3,时间1 h,皮内溶剂用0.1%的硫酸水溶液脱除。此条件下,两种有机胺对猪皮的脱脂率达50%~60%,组织切片显示脂腺内脂肪基本脱除完全。有机胺与水配合脱脂对皮张具有一定程度的碱膨胀作用,脱除皮内溶剂后碱膨胀作用减弱。脱脂废液中的有机胺脱脂剂通过CO2的切换作用可回收再利用。因此,使用可控溶剂脱脂是一种新的清洁脱脂技术。 Two switchable hydrophilicity solvents(SHS) dipropylamine and Ethylbutylaminewere studied for their degreasing technology applying on pigskin.Their degreasing effectiveness and effect on the quality of skin were evaluated by soxhlet extraction method and histopthological study. The optimal degreasing technology is as follows: V(DPA)∶V(water)=1∶5, V(EBA)∶V(water)=1∶3, degreasing time was 1 h,solvents can be removed from skin with dilute sulphuric acid(0.1%).The two solvents extracted up to 50%-60 % grease relative to the dry skin weight,histopthological study showed that most of grease in fat gland were removed successfullywith the optimal technology.Alkali expansion were observed after the skin was degreased by solvent-water.After removing solvents from skin, the degree of alkali expansion was decreased. SHS in waste liquid of degreasing can be reused after switching by CO2.Therefore, it is really an excellent clean-degreasing technology to degrease with switchable solvents.
