摘要
从百丽退市事件探讨其背后的原因,并结合当前中国制鞋业面临的产业梯次转移、国际贸易壁垒、人民币升值、原材料价格上涨以及劳动力短缺等诸多制约因素进行分析,探讨中国制鞋业面临的困局和转型方向,提出从市场反应力、时尚创造力、生产模式和互联网+的利用等四个方面寻求变化,提高产品附加值,实现产业转型升级。
This paper discusses the reasons of the delisting of Belle International Holdings Limited.And it also analyzes the constraints currently faced by the footwear industry in China, such as the transfer of industries, barriers of international trade, RMB appreciation, rising raw material prices, and labor shortage. The industry＇s dilemma and its direction of transformation have been explored from these factors. It proposes to seek changes from market reaction,fashion creation, production pattern and the use of the Internet plus initiative, to increase the value-added of products and realize industrial transformation and upgrade.
