摘要
"双一流"背景下不同校区学生相对剥夺感是多校区管理研究所面临的重要问题。依据相对剥夺理论和本土化心理资本理论,比较了不同校区学生的相对剥夺感,并比较了人际型和事务型心理资本对相对剥夺感的影响。研究发现,与西方教育不同,国内高校分校区学生相对剥夺感比主校区学生要高;包容宽恕等人际型心理资本能有效降低相对剥夺感,而奋发进取等事务型心理资本却会强化相对剥夺感。
Relative deprivation(RD) is a key issue for multi-campus management within the "Double-First Rate" context. Based on the theories of RD and psychological capital(PsyCap), the present study compares the RD of students in different campus, and tests the different effects of task-oriented PsyCap and guanxi-oriented PsyCap on RD. Results show that RD of students in branch campus being higher than that of main campus, and the dimensions of toleration and forgiveness, respecting and courtesy, etc., in Chinese indigenous PsyCap may buffer the negative effects of RD, while spirit of enterprise and diligence, resiliency and perseverance exaggerates RD unpredictably. These finds may theoretically helpful for the improvement of educational fairness and connotative development of tertiary education.
