摘要
生命意义感教育是大学生生命教育的核心内容,开展相关教育活动对于大学生成长成才具有重要意义。文章在已有理论及他人实践研究基础上,分析时间管理倾向对于培养大学生生命意义感的促进作用,由此提出从开展生命教育为主的心理健康教育课程和开展时间管理教育为主的学业生涯规划教育两方面培养大学生生命意义感。
The education of life meaning is the core content of life education for college students, and launching relative education activities is conductive to cultivation of college students. Based on the existing theory and practice, this paper analyzes thepromoting effect of time management disposition on college students＇ life meaning and puts forward the cultivation of college students＇ life meaning from two aspects： carrying out life education-oriented mental health education course and developing academic career planning education based on time management education.
