广安创建应用本科高校的探索与实践

高等职业教育专科规模占据高等教育的"半壁河山",要准确把握新形势下高等职业教育发展的新趋势。推动职业教育和经济社会同步发展,优化产业布局。技术进步,产品升级,高等职业教育也相应同步升级。按照教育部《现代职业教育体系建设规划(2014-2020)》,要在办好专科层次高等职业教育的基础上,将在教学资源不足,地方经济发展急需的区域适度发展应用技术类本科高校,培养本科层次职业人才。广安成为世界瞩目的地方,调动一切积极因素,激发内生动力,增强办学实力,真正实现广安人民心中的"大学梦"。

The scale of higher vocational education accounts for a half of higher education. We should precisely grasp the newtrend of the development of higher vocational education, promote the synchronized development of vocational education and socialeconomy and optimize the layout of service industries. The technical advancement, the product upgrading and higher vocational education should upgrade accordingly. According to the Construction Plan of Higher Vocational Education System of Ministry of Education（2014-2020）, we should try to develop moderately application-oriented universities and cultivate undergraduate-level vocational technical talents based on the well-running of higher vocational education in some areas where local economy development is in need ofhigher education while lacks teaching resources. Guang＇an, as a well-known place to the world, is required to mobilize all positivefactors, stimulate the internal vigor, reinforce university-running capacity and realize the university-running dream rooted in the people＇s heart of Guang＇an.
