以就业为导向的高职院校学生成长档案建设研究

文章从就业角度阐述了目前高职院校学生成长档案建设中存在的问题。为了更好地发挥学生成长档案在就业中的作用,提出了学生成长档案的内容设计以及档案管理的解决对策。

From the angle of employment, this paper expounds the existing problems in the construction of the students＇ growtharchives in higher vocational colleges.
