地方高校地理师范生素养调研分析

地方高校地理师范生是服务地方基础教育的主力军,其素养状况直接影响地方中学地理新课程改革的步伐和地理教育的整体质量。文章通过对贵州省5所地方高校地理科学专业大四学生进行问卷调查,旨在从毕业生的情感素养水平、知识素养水平、能力素养水平三方面分析地方高校地理师范生素养现状,及时发现人才培养过程中存在的问题,并提出解决措施以提高地方高校地理师范生的培养质量。

Normal university students of geography specialty in local universities are the main force to serve local basic education. Their literacy directly affects the pace of new geography curriculum reform and the overall quality of geography education in local high schools. A questionnaire survey was conducted to geography specialty students in5 Local Universities in the GuizhouProvince, aimed at analyzing the status quo of geography major students in local normal colleges and universities from three aspects：graduates emotional literacy, knowledge literacy, ability literacy level analysis, discovering the problems in the process of personneltraining timely, and putting forward the measures to improve the training quality of Local Normal College students.
