我国金属矿山矿井通风系统评述

Evaluation and Discussion on the Ventilation System in Metal Mines in China

根据近10 a来我国金属矿山矿井通风系统设计、施工建设和运行管理的基本情况,对现阶段我国金属矿山通风系统在设计、施工和运行管理阶段存在的问题进行了详细剖析,并对相应的改进措施进行了探讨。研究表明:(1)通风系统设计阶段易出现的主要问题有通风网络不健全、通风网络局部阻力及机站装置局部阻力考虑不足、主要风机选型不合理、机站及通风构筑物设置未充分兼顾采掘生产工艺等;(2)通风工程施工过程中存在的主要问题是未能完全按照设计要求完成通风工程施工,造成通风能耗大幅度增加,进而增加了后期通风系统调整难度;(3)矿井通风系统运行管理阶段存在的问题是通风安全管理创新不足、矿井通风系统施工人员综合素质有待提高以及矿山企业负责人对于矿井通风安全管理的重视不足。在上述分析的基础上,针对矿井通风系统在设计、施工和运行管理阶段存在的不足,给出了相应的完善建议,供相关研究借鉴。

According to the basic situations of the design,construction and operation management of ventilation system in metal mines in our country for nearly 10 years,the existing problems of the stages of design,construction and operation management of ventilation system in metal mines are discussed and evaluated. The study results show that：（1）the main problems existed in the stage of ventilation system design can be summarized that inadequate ventilation network,the local resistance of ventilation network and machine station are not considered effectively,the selection of main fans is not reasonable,machine station and ventilation structures are not fully integrated with the mining production process;（2）the main problem existed in the stage of ventilation system construction can be described as the construction process is unable to fully comply with the design scheme of ventilation system,which results in the ventilation energy consumption is increased significantly,and the adjustment of the ventilation system in the later is become more difficult;（3）during the stage of ventilation system operation management,the main problems can be summarized as lacking of innovation in ventilation safety management,personel comprehensive quality of mine ventilation system construction need to be improved,insufficient attention of the leaders of mine enterprises is paid to mine ventilation safety managment. Based on the above study results,in order to solve the problmes existed in the stage of design,construction and safety management of ventilation system,some corresponding improvement suggestions are given,so as to provide some reliable reference for the related study work in the field.
