摘要 由于陈四楼矿为煤与瓦斯突出矿井,为确保该矿2802工作面巷道安全掘进,有必要施工专用的回风联络巷风桥,进而形成独立的通风系统。在分析巷道地质条件的基础上,设计采用拉底工艺施工风桥,详细阐述了风桥下部巷道拉底施工工艺、巷道支护工艺以及混凝土原料运输工艺的实施流程。施工工艺的有效实施大量节省了劳动力,提高了施工效率,降低了巷道维护成本,有一定的推广价值。 Chensilou Coal Mine in Henan Province is belongs to coal and gas outburst mine,in order to guarantee the safety excavation of the roadway in 2802 working face of the mine,it is necessary to construct a special wind bridge of air return connection roadway,to form the independent ventilation system. Based on analyzing the geological conditions of the roadway,the construction scheme of wind bridge based on undercutting process is designed,besides that,the detail implementation steps of the undercutting construction process of the roadway below the wind bridge,roadway supporting technique and raw material transportation technique are discussed. The results show that the implementation of the scheme is help for saving labor to some extent,improving construction efficiency and decreasing maintenance cost of roadway,therefore,the construction process proposed in this paper can provide some reference for other coal mines.
