贵州某难选卡林型金矿浮选试验 被引量:5

摘要 为提高企业经济效益,贵州某含金3.81 g/t、主要载金矿物为黄铁矿、矿石嵌布粒度细、有机碳含量较高的难处理卡林型金矿,根据生产需要将碱性浮选改为弱酸性浮选,通过高压预氧化处理产生的废酸调整矿浆p H值,为确定最佳的弱酸性浮选工艺及条件对其进行了选矿工艺试验研究。试验结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 93.1%,一段粗选酸液用量为20 L/t、硫酸铜用量200 g/t、丁铵黑药用量60 g/t、丁基黄药用量80 g/t、2#油用量75 g/t,二段粗选酸液用量为60 L/t、硫酸铜用量350 g/t、丁铵黑药用量100 g/t、丁基黄药用量120 g/t、2#油用量75 g/t的条件下,通过2粗2精3扫中矿循环返回的闭路流程可获得金品位为20.79 g/t、金回收率为84.15%的金精矿;试验结果表明,弱酸性浮选能对该金矿进行有效的回收利用。 There is 3. 81 g/t gold with fine disseminated grain size and high content of organic carbon in a Carlin-type hard-to-handle ore in Guizhou province,which the main gold-carrying mineral is pyrite. In order to improve economic benefit,according to production needs,the alkaline flotation was changed to weak acid flotation. In order to determine the best weak acid flotation process and conditions,the beneficiation process test was carried out by using the waste acid produced from high-pressure pre-oxidation treatment to adjust the pulp p H. The results showed that at the conditions of grinding fineness-0. 074 mm 93. 1%,one stage roughing acid liquor dosage of 20 L/t,bluestone dosage of 200 g/t,ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate dosage of 60 g/t,butyl xanthate dosage of 80 g/t,2#oil dosage of 75 g/t,two stage roughing acid liquor dosage of 60 L/t,bluestone dosage of 350 g/t,ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate dosage of 100 g/t,butyl xanthate dosage of 120 g/t,2#oil dosage of 75 g/t,gold concentrate with gold grade of 20. 79 g/t,recovery rate of 84. 15% was obtained via two roughing-three cleaning-two scavenging. Experimental results indicated that weak acid flotation could effectively recover the gold mine.
