摘要 为了利用各类尾矿替代黏土或含铁物料烧制性能较好的硅酸盐水泥熟料,以某铁矿为替代原料,进行了水泥生料配比、煅烧时间、煅烧温度的优化试验研究。试验研究得出:在尾矿细磨至-0.08 mm粒级与石灰粉、钢渣按照质量百分比为17%∶70%∶13%的配比,控制煅烧温度为1 400℃、煅烧时间为25 min,得到了性能较好的硅酸盐水泥熟料;在最佳的试验条件下煅烧得到的硅酸盐水泥熟料样品基本化学性能符合《硅酸盐水泥熟料》(GB/T 21372—2008)要求,该尾矿可作为黏土替代原料加以开发利用。 In order to calcine good performance of portland cement clinker using clay or iron-bearing materials replaced by all kinds of iron tailings,taking a iron ore as the raw materials,optimization experimental study on the ratio of raw meal,calcination time and calcination temperature was carried out.The experimental study showed that milled to the fineness of-0. 08 mm grain size grade blending lime powder and steel slag in accordance with the mass percentage of 17% ∶ 70% ∶ 13%,at the calcining temperature of 1 400 ℃ and the calcining time of 25 min,the good performance of portland cement clinker was obtained. Under the best experimental conditions,the basic chemical properties of portland cement clinker conformed to the requirement of Portland cement clinker( GB/T 21372-2008). The tailings can be used as raw materials replacing clay to develop and utilize.
