On Carrying out Rural Revitalization Strategy with the Structural Reform of Agricultural Supply side

农业供给侧结构性改革是实施乡村振兴战略的必然要求,同时也是实现乡村振兴总要求的重要途径。因此,实施乡村振兴战略必须以农业供给侧结构性改革为主线,走中国特色社会主义乡村振兴道路,注意处理好整体规划、因地制宜、夯实基础、激励创新、提高资金使用效率等问题,从而达到产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕的总要求。

The supply-side structural reform in agriculture is not only the certain requirement of pursuing the rural revitalization strategy,but also an important approach to achieve the ＂ general requirement＂ of rural revitalization. Therefore,pursuing the rural revitalization strategy must follow the supply-side structural reform in agriculture and take the socialistic road of rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics,pay attention to effectively addressing the problems such as comprehensive plan,suiting to the local conditions,laying solid foundations,inspiring innovations,improving the capital usage efficiency in order to meet the ＂ general requirement＂ of building rural areas with thriving businesses,pleasant living environments,social etiquette and civility,effective governance,and prosperity.
