摘要
针对掺油硅酮密封胶出现的弹性变差、粘结失效等问题,从基胶改性的角度出发,研究了以十二烯烃、甲基氢氯硅烷、二甲基二氯硅烷为原料制备十二烷基改性端羟基聚硅氧烷的制备方法,考察了其在硅酮密封胶中的应用问题。结果表明,十二烯烃与甲基二氯硅烷摩尔比为1:1.2时,十二烷烃甲基二氯硅烷的收率最高十二烷烃甲基二氯硅烷与二甲基二氯硅烷共水解制备十二烷基改性端羟基聚硅氧烷。由十二烷基改性端羟基聚硅氧烷制备的中性透明硅酮密封胶比常规的密封胶在伸长率、粘结性及耐老化性方面性能更好。
Preparation methods of dodecyl modified terminal hydroxyl polysiloxane were studied using dodecene, methyl hydrochlorosilan and dimethyl dichloride silane as raw material from the point of modification of base glue aiming at the problems such as elasticity became bad and bonding failure of silicone sealant with oil. The results showed that when the mole ratio of dodecene and methyl dichlorosilane was 1:1.2, the yield of dodecyl methyl dichlorosilane was highest. Dodecyl modified terminal hydroxyl polysiloxane was prepared by hydrolysis of dodecyl methyl dichlorosilane and dimethyl dichloride silane. The neutral transparent silicone sealant prepared by dodecyl modified terminal hydroxyl polysiloxane had better performance in elongation, bonding effect and aging resistance than conventional sealant.
