摘要
针对医药中间体催化氢化过程,通过计算与分析确定了搅拌反应器型式,并进行了工业化对比。根据工业化运行的情况,验证了氢化搅拌的传质要以考虑反应物料为主,有的反应过程强化气液传质反而对反应不利,该脱保护基氢化反应过程应采用弱吸气的搅拌强化气液传质,选用了表面曝气搅拌器。工业化应用验证了设计思路的正确性,可供氢化工业化设计参考。
The type of stirred reactor was analyzed and determined aiming at the catalytic hydrogenation process for pharmaceutical intermediates, and then made industrialization comparison. The industrial operation verified the mass transfer of hydrogenation stirred must consider reaction material mainly, some reactions got bad result because enhanced gas-liquid mass transfer in process. This offprotecting group hydrogenation process should enhance gas-liquid mass transfer using weak inspiratory agitator such as surface aeration agitator. The application of industrialization verifies the correctness of the design idea, which can be used for the reference of the industrial design of hydrogenation.
