摘要
分析了S Zorb汽油精制装置吸附脱硫原理,通过优化反应器吸附剂藏量、反应器线速、氢油比和反应温度等反应工艺参数、再生取热器系统改造、优化待生/再生吸附剂硫碳含量差、优化吸附剂循环操作、停用稳定塔底重沸器等措施后,稳定汽油硫的质量分数稳定≤10×10-6,收率提高至99.56%,每年直接增效2 748万元;同时辛烷值损失进一步减少,每年间接增效3 600万元。可为同类装置优化操作参考。
The principle of adsorption desulfurization of S Zorb gasoline refining unit was analyzed. Then a series of measures were actualized, such as optimizing reaction process parameters including adsorbent capacity of reactor, line speed of reactor, ratio of hydrogen to oil and reaction temperature, revamping the regenerative heater system, optimizing difference of sulfur and carbon between epiphytic and regenerative adsorbent, optimizing adsorbent recycling operation, stopping boiler at the bottom of stable tower. The mass fraction of sulfur in stable gasoline was less than 10 × 10^(-6), the yield increased to 99.56%, with a direct increase of 27.48 million yuan per year; and the loss of octane number was further reduced, with an indirect increase of 36 million yuan per year. It can provide some reference for the optimization operation of similar devices.
