摘要
通过对不同条件下环氧沥青混合料技术性能指标的测试,分析了不同影响因素对混合料性能的影响规律。结果表明:采用体积设计法设计的级配与美国推荐级配相比,可显著降低沥青用量,且性能指标满足各项要求;环氧树脂掺量增加可显著提高混合料的马歇尔稳定度和劈裂强度,同一环氧树脂掺量,油石比增大时,马歇尔稳定度先增大后减小,且在6.5%油石比时出现峰值;养护模式的不同对环氧沥青混合料的马歇尔体积性能指标、稳定度和劈裂强度有较明显的影响;环氧树脂混合料在60℃条件下养护7d后具有优良的高温稳定性能。
The influence law of the mixture performance under different influencing factors is analyzed by thetest on technical performance index of epoxy asphalt mixture under different conditions. The results show that: thegradation that adopts the design of volumetric method can remarkably reduce the dosage of asphalt, and theperformance index can satisfy the need by comparing with that recommended by the United States, the increase ofmixing amount of epoxy resin can remarkably improve the Marshall stability and splitting strength of the mixture,when the asphalt - aggregate ratio of the mixing amount of the same epoxy resin increases, the Marshall stabilityincreases at first then decreases, and the peak value appears when the asphalt - aggregate ratio is 6. 5%, differentmodes of maintenance have obvious influence on Marshall volume performance index, stability and splittingstrength, the mixture of epoxy resin has good high temperature stability performance after 7d maintenance under thecondition of 60℃.
