事转企单位薪酬体系设计方法初探

摘要 以某省高速公路管理局事转企改革后薪酬体系设计实例为样本,简要分析了事转企单位薪酬体系设计所面临的主要问题,提出通过分类管理、为岗位能力和业绩付薪,以及将薪酬、绩效和岗位职级体系统筹考虑的设计思路,并给出薪酬体系设计的基本步骤。该薪酬体系设计方法对其他事转企单位具有一定的借鉴意义。 Taking the design of the compensation system of a provincial highway administration bureau afterthe reform of transforming institution into enterprise as the example, the brief analysis on the main problems facedby the design for the compensation system of the unit of transforming institution into enterprise is made, the designidea for the overall planning consideration of posts capacity and payment for achievement as well as remuneration,performance and posts rank system is put forward through the classification management, and the basic step of thedesign for the compensation system is given. The design methods for the compensation system can provide certainreference for other units of transforming institution into enterprise.
