贵州农村电子政务信息公开度影响因子的灰色关联分析

贵州发展农村电子政务是必然之势,但是目前还存在基础设施建设不完善、农民文化素质不高和政务信息内容较为传统等难点。本文利用2011—2015年贵州农村电子政务信息公开度和网络基础设施建设、电子农民培养、政务信息内容感知等指标数据,借助灰色关联分析方法进行定量描述和比较。研究结果表明,网络基础设施对信息公开度的影响最大,电子农民培养次之,政务信息内容感知的影响最小。根据该分析结果,文章最后给出三个建议,旨在提高贵州农村电子政务信息公开的影响力,进而促进地方电子政务的发展。

Developing the rural e-government is an inevitable trend in Guizhou, but there are still some infrastructure： construction is not perfect, farmers cultural qualily is not high and the government information content is traditional and so on. This paper use the gray relational analysis method to quantitatively describe and compare the related Factors, including rural e-government information disclosure, network infrastructure construction, electronic farmer training and government information content perception in Guizhou Province.The data are from 2011 to 2015. The results show that the network infrastructure has the greatest impact on the information disclosure, followed by the training of the electronic farmers, and the influence of the government infbrmation content is the least. According to the results of the analysis, the article finally gives three suggestions to improve the influence of Guizhou rural e-government information disdosure, and thus promote the development of local e-government.
