摘要
对中国联通湖北分公司业务平台运行维护模型进行了分析,通过对运维服务发展历程、管理演进和管理方法的研究,探讨了业务平台运行维护的提升方向和具体措施。
This paper analyses the China Unicom Hubei Branch business platform operation and maintenance model, Through the study of operation and maintenance service development, management evolution and management method, the ascension direction and concrete measures of the business platform operation are discussed.
