摘要 为了研究预处理时间对煤炭生物成气的影响,利用双氧水对寺河地区高阶煤进行预处理,并对预处理过的煤粉清洗干燥后进行生物成气试验。结果表明,经过双氧水处理后煤样的最高产气量是原煤产气量的2倍,而且,并不是预处理时间越长产气效果越好,处理时间太长可能会抑制产气,经双氧水处理过48 h的煤样用于生物成气,成气效果优于其他处理时间的煤样。不同预处理时间的样品产气中的CH_4和CO_2含量随着实验时间的增加逐渐增大,基本都是在实验第5周达到最大值;在整个产气过程中CH_4的生成速率远远高于CO_2的生成速率。 In order to study the effect of pretreatment time on coal biogas formation,gas test was carried out after pretreatment of coal with hydrogen peroxide,and the pretreated pulverized coal was cleaned and dried. The results show that the maximum gas production of the coal samples after treatment with hydrogen peroxide is 2 times that of raw coal,it is not the longer the preprocessing time the better the effect of gas production,the treatment time too long may inhibit gas production. The coal samples treated with hydrogen peroxide over48 h are used for biological gas formation,and the effect of gas formation is better than that of other treatment time. The content of CH_4 and CO_2 in the gas production increases with the increase of the experiment time,basically reached the maximum in the fifth week,in the whole process of gas production,the formation rate of CH_4 is much higher than that of CO_2.
