摘要
掘进机因其在掘进巷道断面形状方面具有独特的灵活性,并且能够掘进软、中等强度及硬岩的岩层而被广泛地应用于矿山和隧道的掘进。稳定性是影响悬臂式掘进机性能的一个重要指标,而影响掘进机稳定性的设计参数有很多。文章建立掘进机工作状态下的稳定性模型,根据模型可进行定量分析,为掘进机的优化设计提供了重要的指导意义。
Roadheader is widely used and tunnel excavation because of its unique flexibility in the section shape of driving roadway and the ability to drive soft,medium and hard rock formations in mine. Stability is an important index to influence the performance of cantilever type tunnelling machine,and there are many design parameters that affect the stability of the roadheader. In this paper,a stability model of roadheader under working condition is established,which can be quantitatively analyzed according to the model,which provides important guidance for the optimization design of roadheader.
