摘要 针对当前电网设备选型和供应商选择困难问题,提出一种基于大数据分析的电网设备质量评价方法。首先,从设备绩效最大化角度出发推断出从设备缺陷发生情况、设备故障发生情况、设备寿命三个方面构建设备质量评价模型;然后,详细阐述了设备缺陷率评价模型(设备故障率评价模型),设备寿命评价模型技术方案;接着,基于生产管理系统中设备缺陷、故障、退役等运行数据,并考虑不同设备投运年限、缺陷故障严重等级以及由于质量问题提前退役等因素的影响,构建了相对完整的设备缺陷率、故障率和设备寿命评价模型,最终形成电网设备质量的整体评价,为设备选型采购、设备运维策略优化提供更为科学的决策依据。最后,又以具体应用案例说明了基于大数据分析的电网设备质量评价的可行性和良好效果。 Aiming at the difficult problems of power grid equipment type selection and supplier selectioequipment quality is proposed. First, based on the maimization of equipment performance, it infers the equipment quality evaluationmodel from equipment defect, equipment failure and equipment life. Secondly, the equipment defect rate evaluation model ( equipment failure rate evaluation model) and equipment life evaluation model are described in detail. Thirdly, Based on the operation data of equipment defects, faults and decommissioning in production management system, considering service life, serious grade of diferent defects and early decommissioning due to quality problems, a relatively comprate,failure rate and equipment life evaluation is constructed. It is a overall evaluation of equipment quality, and provide a more scientific decision basis for equipment type selection and procurement, equipment operation and maintenance strategy optimization. Finally,the feasibility and good effect of power grid equipment quality evaluation based by a specific application case.
