摘要
电力调度员是电网运行、操作和事故处理的指挥员。随着电网迅速发展,科技不断进步,管理日渐精细,除了电网运行指挥等常规工作外,调度员还担任了许多系统运行管理任务,包括下级调度机构人员培训、调度处置预案编制、调控一体化、配调集约化等先进管理模式的推进。如何通过管理机制创新,促进调度员全面发展,是新形式下调度专业管理、调度员培养的重要任务。文章介绍了G省级电网调度中心调度科首创的以促进调度员全面发展为目标,以量化积分为手段的创新管理模式,该模式按调度管理任务的类别对调度员进行分组,结合自身特长将调度员分到相应的小组,按完成任务的难度、工作量及完成质量进行积分,积分累计结果作为调度员评价的重要指标。
Power dispatcher is commander of power grid operation and incident handling. With the rapid
technological advancements,the increasingly sophisticated management,in addition to the regular work of commanding the power grid, the dispatcher also have other management tasks,including % training of the subordinate institution members,make pre-arranged planning for the power grid,integration of regulation and control,intensification of the distribution network,and the like. management,through the mechanismof how innovation,promote the comprehensive development of dispatcher is an important thing. This paper introduces the innovative management model of Gprovincc power grid dispatchers,which aims to promote the overall development of the dispatcher and quantifies the Accumulated Points as a means. Dispatchers are divided
categories of the scheduling management tasks depending on their own special strengths. Everyone scores according to the difficulty,workload and quality of the tasks completed,and the cumulative result is an important indicator of dispatcher evaluation.
