摘要 为了实时监控冷链物流运输中车辆的位置以及产品的状态,并能在处理运输中出现突发情况及时提供数据记录,基于物联网技术设计了一种车载冷链物流信息实时采集装置和远程PC监控系统。该车载冷链物流信息实时采集系统利用强大的数字信号处理器TMS320F28335作为控制核心,协同GPS模块、温湿度参数采集模块以及GPRS无线通信模块实现运输车辆的地理位置参数、冷库温湿度参数的实时采集与传送。研究结果表明,远程PC监控系统能够将信息采集装置传来的数据进行实时处理与显示,实现了物流车辆的远程跟踪以及产品状态的监控,同时为控制中心及时发现、处理突发情况提供了数据支撑,降低了冷链物流过程中商品损失。 In order to implement real-time monitoring of the position of the vehicle and the state of the product in the cold chain logistics,and simultaneously provide valuable data records about the process of transportation in case of emergency,the cold-chain logistics information collection device and remote real-time PC monitoring software based on internet of things technique is designed. The powerful digital signal processor TMS320 F28335 is used as the internal control core. GPS module,the temperature and humidity parameter acquisition module,and GPRS wireless communication module can be utilized to implement real-time collection and transportation of vehicle location parameters,cold storage temperature and humidity about the environment of the cold chain product. The transported real-time data by the device installed in the vehicle are processed and displayed through the remote real-time PC monitoring system. The whole system can accomplish both remote tracking about the logistics vehicles and remote monitoring of the product state. Based on the designed system,the emergency can be beforehand found and handled. And the produce loss in the process of cold chain logistics can be significantly reduced.
