低温环境下SF_6断路器报警及闭锁故障分析 被引量:9

摘要 为了解决SF_6断路器在低温环境下运行经常发生报警及闭锁故障的问题,对造成SF_6断路器报警及闭锁的原因进行了详细分析,指出了目前SF_6断路器在温度采集传输、密封材料工艺、加热装置控制、运维管理等关键技术环节存在的问题,提出了防止SF_6气体泄漏及液化、伴热带运行异常、断路器运维不到位等问题的防范措施和解决方案。应用结果表明,本文提出的防寒保温方法、技术改造方案以及运维管理措施,能够有效地降低SF_6断路器在低温环境下运行发生报警及闭锁的几率,节省设备的运维成本。 In order to solve the problem of alarm and locking of SF6 circuit breaker running in a low temperature environment,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the causes of the alarm and locking of SF6 circuit breakers. The problems existing in the key technical links of temperature acquisition and transmission,sealing material technology,heating device control,operation and maintenance management of SF6 circuit breaker at present are pointed out. And the prevention measures and solutions are put forward to prevent the leakage and liquefaction of SF6 gas,the abnormal operation of the tropical zone,and the failure of the operation and maintenance of the circuit breaker.Analysis results show,the method of cold protection and heat preservation,technical transformation scheme and reasonable operation and maintenance management measures mentioned in this paper can not only effectively reduce the probability of alarm and locking of SF6 circuit breaker running in low temperature environment,but also save the operation and maintenance cost of the device.
