330MW机组引风量控制逻辑问题的原因分析及改进

摘要 为了解决某电厂6号机组引风量控制系统逻辑不完善的问题,根据该机组引风量控制逻辑及功能块工作原理,分析了引风机误动导致锅炉MFT的原因,提出了引风量控制逻辑的改进措施。实践证明,采用送风机动叶指令代替动叶反馈作为引风机前馈输入以及MFT防内爆逻辑修改的措施,有效地避免了送风机动叶反馈变坏点导致引风机自动调节误动的情况发生,满足引风量控制系统的可靠性和调节品质要求。 In order to solve the problem of logic imperfection of the induced draft volume control system of unit 6 in a power plant,the reason of boiler MFT caused by misoperation of induced draft fan is analyzed and improvement measures are proposed on induced draft volume control logic,according to the unit induced draft volume control logic and the working principle of the functional block. Practice has proved that the use of air blower moving blade instruction to replace the moving blade feedback as the induced draft fan feed-forward input and MFT anti-implosion logic modification measures is able to effectively avoid the situation that air blower fan feedback point leads to the automatic adjustment induced false maloperation and to meet the requirements of reliability and regulatory for air volume control system.
