内燃机分布式能源站中烟气余热利用方案的研究

摘要 为了解决内燃机分布式能源站中烟气余热利用的问题,以瓦锡兰20V38SG内燃机的分布式能源站为具体研究对象,采用定量的技术经济分析的方法,分析了包括蒸汽余热锅炉+蒸汽型吸收式制冷机组、热水余热锅炉+热水型吸收式制冷机组、烟气型吸收式制冷机组三种利用方案,得到了工程设计中三种常用的烟气余热利用方案的设备配置原则。研究结果表明,对于相同的热源的热水型制冷系统,当进口温度为362℃烟气时,采用烟气型制冷系统的制冷量比热水型、单效蒸汽型大,比双效蒸汽型制冷量小。 To solve the internal combustion engine problem of flue gas waste heat utilization in distributing energy station,the wartsila 20V38SG internal-combustion engine of a distributed energy station is taken as the specific research object. The quantitative technical and economic analysis method is used. Andthe methods of waste heat boiler steam + steam absorption refrigeration units,water waste heat boiler + hot water operated absorption refrigeration unit and flue gas absorption refrigeration unit which have been used are analyzed. The equipment configurationrules of these three commonflue gas waste heat utilization methods are obtained. The results show that the hot water cooling system for the same heat source isrecommended to use a double-effect hot-water refrigeration system. When the inlet temperatureflue gasis 362 ℃,the refrigerating capacity by using the flue gas unitis larger than by using the hot water and one effect steam unit,but is lower than by using the double effect steam unit.
