关于提高森林采伐调查设计精度和效率的探析 被引量:3

摘要 随着森林采伐集约化程度的不断提高,森林采伐设计规程规定的允许设计误差也由过去的±10%调整为现行的±5%,森林采伐依法实行限额管理,如果因采伐设计原因导致伐后出材量及采伐面积超出允许误差,设计者将依法承担责任.特别是集体林改制后,以户为单位进行采伐,采伐指标相对分散,对森林采伐调查设计精度要求越来越高且影响工作效率,因此,对从事森林采伐设计的工作人员提出更高的技术水准,如何提高森林采伐调查设计精度成为摆在每个采伐设计工作者面前的重要课题。
