摘要 为了提高锂电池使用的安全性和使用寿命,设计了一种锂电池组充放电保护系统。以低功耗MSP430为核心控制芯片,采用分级控制模式,结合外围采集电路以及均衡电路来获得锂电池组的电压和电流,并判断锂电池组的工作状态。以串并混联结构的锂电池组为例,设计系统的软硬件,实现了对锂电池组以及单节锂电池过充、过放以及过流的保护。经实验测试,系统能实现分级保护功能。 In order to improve the safety and prolong the service life of lithium batteries,a charging and discharging protection system of lithium battery pack is designed.MSP430,which has the quality of low power consumption,is used as the core control chip of the system,an adopting hierarchical control mode,cooperating with the peripheral collecting circuit and balancing circuit,is applied to acquire the voltage and current of lithium battery and determine the working state of the lithium battery pack system.Taking the lithium battery pack with the mixing structure of series and parallel as an example,software and hardware system is designed to implement the function of the protection of overcharge,excessive and over current for lithium battery pack and single lithium battery.The experimental results show that the system could achieve hierarchical protection.
