党务工作实用手语词汇的研究与实践

Research and Practice of Practical Sign Language Vocabulary in Party Affairs

手语是聋人的主要交际工具,在聋人的生活、学习和工作中起着重要的作用。在高校党务工作中发现,许多党务工作的常用词汇都没有相对应的手语表达方式,给聋人群体的党务工作及聋人群体了解党的方针、政策,参加党的组织生活,带来了极大的不便。根据实际工作需要及手语语言学的相关理论,对党务工作实用手语词汇进行研究,有利于更有效地开展聋人党务工作,同时也丰富了中国手语的实践与研究。

Sign language as the main communicative tool for the deaf plays an important role in life,study and work.In the Party affairs,many commonly used words don＇t have corresponding sign language expression way,which brings deaf group great inconvenience in understanding the Party＇s guidelines and policies as well as taking part in the organization life. According to the actual work needs and the related theory of sign language linguistics,the research on practical sign language vocabulary for the Party affairs is conductive to effectively carry out the Party affairs among the deaf,and also enriches Chinese sign language practice and research.
