基于ANSYS模拟水电站厂房各结构部位受相邻机组段振动影响分析

摘要 国内水电站由于装机容量越来越大,水头不断增高,振动诱发的安全问题层出不穷。但是目前对水电站厂房机组段间振动的影响规律研究较少。本文采用ANSYS有限元软件模拟了厂房各结构部位受相邻机组段振动影响的变化规律,结果表明蜗壳不均匀流诱发的激振频率是机组段间各结构部位振动变化所对应的优势频率。 The water head of domestic hydropower station is constantly increased due to increasing installed capacity,and the safety problems induced by vibration are emerging one after another. However,the influence law of unit vibration in hydropower station workshop is rarely studied currently. ANSYS finite element software is adopted to simulate the change law of adjacent unit vibration on each structure parts of workshop in the paper. The results show that the shock excitation frequency induced by spiral case? inhomogeneous flow is the dominant frequency corresponding to vibration change of each structure parts among units.
