摘要 在某大型综合建筑的裙楼及地下室基础设计时,设计单位原采用灌注桩基础设计,根据拟建场地的地质水文条件以及上部结构荷载情况,估算确定了几种可选择的基础形式,并对这几种基础形式在工期、质量、造价、施工可行性等方面进行综合比较,建议采用静压预应力管桩,实施后取得良好的技术经济效果。 During the design of the podium building and basement in a large complex building,the design unit use cast-in-place pile foundation at the beginning. Based on the proposed site geological and hydrological conditions and the upper structure load conditions,the article estimates the basis of several alternative forms,and on this foundation types in the construction period,quality,cost,construction feasibility,etc. are compared. Finally the statically pressed prestressed pipe pile are recommended,and it obtained good technical and economic effect after implementing.
