摘要
抗日战争爆发后,中国文艺界出于宣传抗战的需要,普遍放弃了对作品艺术性的追求,要求在作品中加强以方言土语、地域风俗、地方风光为表现形式的地方性特征,以便让文化程度较低的民众接受。而伴随着民族形式论争的深入,文艺界在关于民族形式的中心源泉的讨论中,逐渐设计了一条通过加强地方性特征以便让中国文学获得国际地位的途径,这也使得文学的地方性特征从最初宣传抗战的需要,转化成提升作品艺术水准的手段。
After the outbreak of the Anti Japanese War, the Chinesecircles of arts and literature had generally abandoned their quest for artistry and demanded that local features such as dialect, re gional customs and local scene be strengthened in their works in order to advocate the anti Japanese war so as to let more people of the lower literate level into the war. With the deepening of the debates on ethnic forms, the Chinese writers gradually designed a way to strengthen the local characteristics and thus gain an international status for Chinese literature in the discussion of the central source on the national forms. In this case, the local characteristics of literature were changed from the beginning as a propaganda of the war into the means to enhance the artistic level of works.
