On the Social Stability Risk Evaluation of Urban Affordable Housing Construction Project Based on AHP-FCE Method

安居工程是现代化城市高速发展下重要的民生工程,对维护城市的稳定和促进城市的发展具有重要的作用。进行安居工程项目的社会稳定风险评估,有利于减少潜在社会风险的发生。采用AHP-FCE法对X市的安居工程建设项目进行风险量化评估,并对潜在的风险提出防范和化解措施,有效降低了影响社会稳定的风险因素。该项目的有效实施,可以为今后的安居工程建设项目的社会稳定风险评估提供科学参考。

The effordsble bousing construction project,as an important project which affect peopl＇s well-beings in and promoting the d ffordable housing construction project, as an important project which affect peomodern cities, which plays an important role in keeping the stability of the city evelopment of the city. Social stability risk assessment of affordable housing construction projects is conducive to reducing potential social risks. In this study, AHP FCE method was used to evaluate the risk quantification of the affordable housing construction project in X city, and put forward measures to prevent and mitigate the potential risks, which would effectively reduce the risk of social stability. The successful implementation of this proiect would provide a scientific refer ence for the future social stability risk evaluation of affordable housing construction projects.
