摘要
目的评价三级综合医院疼痛科护士人文关怀能力培训的意义及效果。方法南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院疼痛科2016年1月起对科内的17名护士进行人文关怀能力的培训。采用《关怀能力评价量表》测评护士培训前后得分情况,同时采用《病人关怀感知问卷》测评2015年及2016年住院期间疼痛患者各100例的得分情况。结果所有测评问卷均有效。17名护士培训前后《关怀能力评价量表》得分分别为(191.12±11.99)分、(206.55±5.33)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);患者《病人关怀感知问卷》得分分别为(37.83±9.35)分、(41.97±8.25)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论人文关怀能力的培训,不仅提高了护士人文关怀的能力,同时提高了慢性疼痛患者的人文感知能力。
Objective The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of humanistic care training for nurses in the Department of Pain Treatment of a first class hospital.Method Since January 2016,17 nurses from the Department of Pain Treatment in Drum Tower Hospital affiliated to Nanjing University School of Medicine have been trained for humanistic care abilities The surveies of humanistic care abilities before and after the training were conducted by using Humanistic Care Abilities Scale and Questionnaire of Care.Results The scores of Humanistic Care Abilities Scale and Questionnaire of Care after the training were significantly higher than those before the training(P〈0.01).Conclusions The training improves not only the ability of humanistic care for nurses,but also the humanistic perception ability of patients with chronic pain.
