品管圈在降低普外科意外拔管次数中的应用

The role of Quality Control Circle activities in reducing the incident of accidental extubation

目的探讨品管圈活动在降低普外科意外拔管次数中的应用效果。方法对南通市第三人民医院普外科2016年所有意外拔管患者进行回顾性分析,通过开展品管圈活动,分析普外科意外拔管的原因,制定活动计划,设定目标值,制定对策并于2017年起实施,并进行效果确认。结果普外科意外拔管次数的2016年现况值是16,目标值=现况值-(现况值×改善重点×圈能力)=16-(16×75%×80%)=6,通过开展品管圈活动,2017年1月至12月意外拔管次数为5次,超过预期目标。结论正确运用品管圈可明显降低普外科患者意外拔管的次数,减少患者的住院时间,同时促进了护理质量的持续改进。

Objective To investigate the role of Quality Control Circle（QCC） activities in reducing the accidental extubation in Department of General Surgery.Methods The events of accidental extubation occurred in General Surgery Department of the Third People＇s Hospital 2016 were analyzed retrospectively.The QCC activities were carried out to find the causes of accidental extubation.Whereafter,the action plan and projected goals were established.Results Totally the accidental extubation occurred 16 times in 2016.So that the target value was deduced as 6.For a years＇ performance of the QQC activities,the frequency of accidental extubation in the period from January to December in 2017 was 5,which exceeded the expectations.Conclusion The number of accidental extubation can be reduced significantly by performing QCC activities in Department of General Surgery.
