基于改良早期预警评分建立的消化道出血患者临床应答措施的应用研究

Clinical response of patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage based on early warning score

目的探讨基于改良早期预警评分(modified early warning score,MEWS)建立的消化道出血患者临床应答措施的应用价值。方法将2017年7月至12月在南京医科大学第一附属医院消化科住院的消化道出血患者120例分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者采用护理常规进行护理,实验组给予基于改良早期预警评分建立的消化道出血患者临床应答措施。结果实验组继续或再出血的发现时间、平均住院日、平均住院费用均低于对照组,患者对护理工作满意度、医生对护理工作满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于改良早期预警评分临床应答措施的建立与实施能降低消化道出血患者的临床风险,改善患者的临床结局,提高患者(家属)、医生对护理工作的满意度。基于改良早期预警评分建立的消化道出血患者临床应答措施在临床上具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To explore the value of clinical response measures for the patients with gastrointestinal bleeding based on the establishment of modified early warning score（MEWS）.Method A hundred and twenty patients with gastrointestinal bleeding were divided into observation group and experimental group from July to December 2017 in the Digestive Department.The patients in the observation group were treated with nursing routine,while the patients from experimental group received the clinical response measures based on the early warning score.Results The average of hospitalization time and costs were lower in the experimental group than those in the observation group.The satisfaction rate of the nursing staff was significantly higher than that in the observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The establishment and implementation of clinical response measures based on MEWS can reduce the clinical risk of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding,and improve the clinical outcome of patients and their satisfaction for nurses and doctors.Clinical response measures of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding based on early warning scores have important clinical value in clinical practice.
