老城区公共文化供给改革新探索:铜川市王益区光明社区“一心多点”服务模式

New Exploration on the Public Cultural Supply Reform in Old City:the One-Centre-Multiple-Sites Service Model of Guangming Community in Wang Yi District of Tongchuan City

王益区光明社区地处铜川市老城区,在铜川市"创建国家公共文化服务体系示范区"过程中,通过社区合作治理,以及整合供给资源、优化供给结构、创新供给方式、提升供给品质等公共文化服务产品供给改革新举措,变短板为亮点,化困难为经验,探索出"一心多点"服务模式,为城市特别是老城区公共文化供给侧结构性改革以及服务效能提升提供借鉴。

Guangming community of Wangyi district is located in the old city of Tongchuan. During theconstruction of national public cultural service system demonstration site,Tongchuan city turns its weakness intothe strong point,and gain experience from difficulties to explore its one-centre-multiple-sites model of publiccultural service by cooperative governance,integrated supply of resources,optimal supply structure,innovativesupply modes,and improving the quality of supply. The practice of Guangming community inspires the structuralreform of the supply-side of urban public culture,especially in old city,and the enhancement of urban publiccultural service performance.
