作者在文章中回顾自己从馆员、学员、教员到图书馆馆长的职业经历和心路历程,叙述不同角色的心理感悟,表达了对图书馆学的感激感恩之情,希望对年轻的图书馆专业学习者和从业者有所启发和借鉴。
The author looks back on his professional career and mentalities as a librarian,learner,teacher and li-brary director. The psychologies of these different roles are described. He also expresses his sincere gratitude to thelibrary science and hopes to inspire young learners and practitioners of the field.
