Challenges and Opportunities for the Development of Inland Navigation in Yunnan Province

论述了云南省内河航运的现状,从内河航运运输量、经济贸易发展水平、区位和国家政策角度,分析了云南内河航运发展面临的挑战与机遇。结果表明,云南内河航运发展水平较低,同时区位优势明显,国家政策大力支持。认为云南内河航运发展潜力较大并提出了优化内河航运基础设施、加强运输船舶标准化、推进多式联运融合发展等建议。

This paper discusses the present situation of inland navigation in Yunnan, and analyzes the challenges and opportunities of inland navigation development from the perspective of inland navigation volume, economic and trade development level, location and national policy. The results show that the development level of inland navigation in Yunnan is low, and the advantages of location are obvious and the national policy is strongly supported. It is suggested that the development potential of inland navigation in Yunnan is large and the suggestions are made to optimize the inland waterway infrastructure, strengthen the standardization of transport ship and promote the development of multimodal transport.
