摘要
从染菌的平板中分离得到一株产水溶性红色素的真菌。该真菌的核糖体RNA基因的IT1-IT4序列与产紫踝节菌(Talaromyces purpurogenum)具有99%相似性,并在Neighbor-Joining构建的系统发育树上聚为一簇。菌株在发酵120 h时红色素产量最高,并且该色素为胞外次级代谢产物。光谱学和高效液相色谱分析表明,该色素在495 nm处具有最大吸收峰,由4种以上单色素组分组成,与目前常见的番茄红素、红曲红胺都不同;该色素对温度、光照和p H值具有较强的稳定性,但易被氧化剂和还原剂降解。
A filamentous fungus,which isable to produce abundant soluble red pigments,was isolated from thecontaminated plate during culturing Blakeslea trispora. Based on the blast and phylogenetic analysis of IT1-IT4sequences,the fungus and Talaromyces purpurogenum were in thesame terminal clade (99 % identity) . Thered pigment was extracellular secondary metabolite,and its production reached to the maximum after 120 hoursfermentation. The results of spectroscopy and HPLC showed that the pigment presented maximum absorptionpeak at 495 nm. The red pigment consists of four mono-pigments which were different from the common redpigment,such as lycopene,monascorubramine. The pigment was stable to temperature,illumination,and pH,but is sensitive to oxidant and reductant.
