食品中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留检测前处理技术研究进展 被引量:18

The Study on the Development of Pretreatment Techniques about the Detection of Pyrethroid Pesticides Residue in the Food

摘要 长期使用拟除虫菊酯类农药产生的健康风险问题使人们对农药残留限量的要求更为严格,农药残留检测前处理技术直接影响其分析效率和分析准确度。对近年来国内应用于食品中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留检测前处理技术中的萃取技术(如浊点萃取、超声波萃取、加速溶剂萃取、分散液液微萃取等)、净化技术(如凝胶渗透色谱、固相萃取等),以及萃取、净化一体化技术(如固相微萃取、基质固相分散萃取、QuEChERS法、磁性固相萃取等)进行综述,并对其发展趋势进行展望。 The health risk induced by the long -term use of pyrethroid pesticides (PYRs)made people toelevate the criterion of the residue limits. The sample pretreatment techniques had a huge impact on theaccuracy and efficiency of analysis. The recent development on the sample pretreatment techniques of pyrethroidpesticides in the food were overviewed and analyzed. The techniques described consisted of extractiontechniques which included cloud point extraction (CPE),ultrasonic extraction (USE),accelerated solventextraction (ASE)and dispersive liquid -liquid microextraction (DLLME);purification techniques whichincluded gel permeation chromatography (GPC)and solid phase extraction (SPE);combined extraction-purification techniques which included solid phase microbe extraction (SPME),matrix solid-phase dispersion(MSPD),QuEChERS and magnetic solid phase extraction (MSPE) . Finally,the further development wereprospected.
